Please read the following before completing your registration.

Beginning April 1, 2026, Champ's Heart will implement a participation fee of $25.00 per month, per family. This fee directly supports the sustainability of our programs and ensures we can continue providing equine healing experiences to children with special needs, veterans, first responders, and foster youth in our community at the lowest possible cost.

We believe no family should ever be turned away. If your family is experiencing financial hardship, please reach out to us directly before completing this form at emilys@champsheart.org. We will work with you.
