Dear Parents and Guardians,

For many years our program at Champs Heart has been offered at no cost to families. Providing this opportunity for children with special needs has always been at the heart of our mission, and we are incredibly grateful for the trust and support you have shown us.

As our program has grown, so have the costs required to maintain high-quality services—care for our horses, facility upkeep, staffing, equipment, and safety resources. We have worked hard to absorb these expenses and keep the program free, but we have reached a point where continuing to do so is no longer sustainable.

Beginning May 1, 2026, we will implement a participation fee of $25.00 per month, per family. We understand this is a significant change, and we want to assure you that this decision was made only after careful consideration and exploration of every possible alternative.

Our commitment to your children remains unchanged. We will continue to provide a safe, supportive, and enriching environment where they can grow, build confidence, and experience the healing joy of working with our horses.

If financial assistance is needed, please reach out. We have scholarships available and are committed to working with families to ensure access to the program. In some cases, there may also be opportunities to donate your time in lieu of the monetary fee. We do not plan to turn away any child due to inability to pay and encourage you to have a confidential conversation with us about your situation.
