Lori Johnson

Lori Johnson has been a cherished part of the Champ’s Heart family for six years, bringing her contagious energy, compassion, and dedication to everything she does! Lori leads our Tuesday evening program, welcoming special groups to the ranch and helping create meaningful experiences filled with encouragement, connection, and the healing power of horses.

With 18 years of experience working in the school district, Lori currently serves full-time as a paraprofessional, supporting students with diverse needs. Her passion for helping others has inspired her to further her education, and she is currently completing her bachelor's degree in Special Education after being awarded a full-ride scholarship through the school district. Her years of experience, patience, and understanding make her an incredible asset to the children and families we serve.

While Lori wears many hats, the title she treasures most is being a mom! She is also the proud mother of our very own Ranch & Property Manager, Chad Buck, making Champ’s Heart truly a family affair!

When Lori isn't busy helping others, you'll likely find her enjoying the great outdoors. She loves camping, outdoor adventures, and even racing lawn mowers! And she's not just racing for fun; Lori is a lawn mower racing champion! If there's an adventure to be had, you can bet Lori is ready to jump in!

Lori is one of those special people who never hesitates to lend a hand, no matter what needs to be done. Her big heart, incredible work ethic, and willingness to go above and beyond make her an irreplaceable part of Champ’s Heart. We absolutely adore this special lady and truly couldn't do what we do without her!
