“Smokey was rescued by some bison ranchers who asked me if Champ's Heart wanted him! The day I picked him up I got to scratch the nose of bison like I scratch the nose of our horses! He was pretty boney and skinny but has recovered nicely. He is now fully used in our program and loved by so many! He is the quiet, standing at the back of the line kind of pony! Thanks Smokey for using your charm to warm so many lives!”
